Building in Bend
Bend’s pipeline is unusually hospitality-heavy: hotels, resort lodging, and short-term-rental product where guests judge sound separation instantly, layered over apartments and townhomes chasing a tight workforce-housing market. Hotels use the same gypsum topping assemblies for fire ratings and guest quiet. High-desert air dries pours fast, but day-night swings punish sloppy water content; weighed batching keeps the drying curve predictable.
