Flatness Tolerance and Warranty
Modern finish flooring is intolerant. LVP manufacturers commonly require flatness on the order of 3/16″ in 10 feet, and large-format tile is stricter. Miss the tolerance and the symptoms arrive on schedule: clicking plank joints, lipped tile edges, and a flooring warranty claim that gets denied because the substrate was out of spec.
Self-leveling underlayment is the fix: a fluid topping that seeks its own level across dips, crowns, worn slabs, and transition mismatches, then cures to a hard, flat, bondable surface. Poured from featheredge up to several inches, it turns a battered slab into a substrate the flooring manufacturer will stand behind.
Pumped and Placed Not Troweled On
Because we mix and pump these materials through our Smart Batch® System, as opposed to the trowel-on method of our competitors, we can place and finish up to 40,000 sq ft per day. Because our Hydro-phase self-leveling material requires no substrate scarification for proper adhesion, it saves tremendous time and money on the installation. From feather edge to 3" we provide a solution for a multitude of challenges, resulting in smooth flat floors.
