Real Coverage Across a Big State
Montana’s construction boom outran its subcontractor base, and specialty scopes like gypsum underlayment often mean flying in a crew on the crew’s terms. We built our coverage the other way around. The Smart Batch® GC-1 is a self-contained mobile batch plant that weighs and cloud-archives every batch, and we plan Montana work in coordinated pour windows, often covering multiple projects per trip.
What Montana Is Building
Bozeman is building apartments and student housing as fast as the Gallatin Valley can permit, with Big Sky’s workforce-housing crunch pulling projects up the canyon. Missoula pairs university demand with river-corridor infill, Billings anchors the state’s largest metro and its medical corridor, and the Flathead Valley builds for a year-round tourism economy. Nearly all of it is wood-frame work under the IBC’s STC 50 / IIC 50 and fire-rating requirements, much of it on radiant heat, where consistent density decides how evenly a floor warms. Up to 40,000 sq ft/day of capacity fits pour schedules into Montana’s short weather windows.
