Wood-frame assemblies carry the standard IBC load: STC 50 / IIC 50 between units, 1–4 hour UL-rated fire assemblies, and gypsum topping over acoustic mat, often over radiant heat. Up to 40,000 sq ft/day of capacity keeps the underlayment phase short, and weighed water content keeps dry times predictable through cold valley winters.
