Portland’s development is corridor-driven: Division, Interstate, Foster, the Central Eastside, Slabtown. Wood-frame podium and mid-rise product shaped by inclusionary-housing rules sits alongside bond-funded affordable projects, where a per-batch QC record earns its keep: the closeout file shows every batch met the specified mix. Code asks for STC 50 / IIC 50 between units and 1–4 hour UL-rated assemblies, and in Portland’s wet season, weighed water content makes dry times predictable.
